We specialize in treatment planning and producing dental implant surgical guides for accurate implant placement in all indications. From singles, bridges, overdentures and even full arch cases with bone reduction we have you covered.
We can produce 3D printed resin guides as well as Chrome Cobalt metal stackable surgical guides through our partners at Guided Smiles.
We also offer in-office support and training for digital workflow integration and implementation.

At The DGG there is no difference. We fully plan the case with the restoration in mind, produce a rigid surgical guide and set the guide sleeve(s) to ensure the osteotomy is exactly where it needs to be.
The difference is seen at the clinical level where the Doctor can choose if they want to prep the osteotomy and place the implant through the guide sleeve (most accurate) or want to simply identify the angle and depth of the first drill in the surgical protocol and “free hand” from there.
We do not provide essix retainer type pilot guides as they do not provide any guidance for angulation or depth, can not be made with the implant sleeve in place, and only provide a “target” of where the implant screw channel will hopefully be.

We try to keep things simple with a set fee for tooth born surgical guides, no matter how many implants we are planning. We know how challenging it is to create a treatment plan for a patient when there are additional fees per site for a surgical guide.
We also offer a reduced fee for offices who have their own printer in house and just need us to plan, review and send a ready to print file of the surgical guide.
